Rick Wolf is an accomplished senior executive with over a decade of corporate experience in business development and training. In his last position in the private sector, Rick served as the Vice President of Business Operations for a national risk management firm specializing in training and undercover investigations. Prior to this, at Booz Allen Hamilton, Rick served as the senior training consultant and curriculum manager for the US Army Counterintelligence National Defense Training Program.

Rick is a dynamic instructor who brings years of practical business experience to the platform along with his incredible passion for high-level sales and strategic planning. He spent several years perfecting his craft as an instructor while working as a tenured college professor teaching multiple disciplines.

Prior to entering the business world, Rick served as a Special Agent with US Army Counterintelligence conducting counter-espionage activities in Europe, the Middle East and the US. He holds a Ph.D. and is a published academic author. Rick currently lives in Chicago, IL with his wife of 36 years and has three grown children.

Bob Urso – Strategic Planning Consultant and Facilitator

Bob Urso’s career has been that of a sought out strategic thought leader in the top 40 Federal prime contractor sector. As an accomplished C-level executive he has successfully developed focused and highly effective strategies that anticipated and capitalized on market trends. Most recently he co-founded and led KMS Solutions, LLC as its President and COO through strategic growth and a successful M&A transaction. Prior to that he led double-digit growth strategies as a C-level executive for US and multi-national firms such as L-3 Communications, Pearson PLC, DynCorp, and what is now GDIT supporting defense programs at the highest classification levels.

Bob is a dynamic instructor and facilitator who brings years of practical business experience to the platform. He spent several years perfecting his instruction delivery and facilitation techniques while working as a strategic planning consultant to industry and as an instructor at the National Defense University, the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center, and the Academy for Defense Intelligence delivering courses of instruction at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of planning and execution.

Bob has had parallel business world and senior military leader careers. A retired US Navy Reserve Captain, Bob has served in Command at the Pentagon as well as the Defense Intelligence Agency. He also served as a senior training leader and curriculum manager for the Navy Reserve Intelligence Program. He holds a MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute – the Lally School of Management and is also a Graduate of the US Naval War College Strategy and Policy program.
