For 30 years, Jim Valenti has trained sales, business development/capture, executive teams and program managers in negotiations, competitive selling tactics, presentations, leadership and strategic and tactical planning. Jim delivered 500+ training programs in his career with The Maher Group, wherein the majority of these engagements resulted in program customer program wins. While Jim is ‘retired’ from facilitating, he still works with our Certified Course Designer to refine existing Maher Group classes and consults on content for our Train The Trainer projects. Jim retired after 26 years of active and reserve duty with the U.S. Army as a Colonel (Special Forces) with emphasis in special operations, military intelligence and interrogation. Jim’s prior military leadership experience helps him relate content to the defense and aerospace audiences.
