For more than 25 years, Jim Valenti has been training sales, business development/capture, executive teams and program managers in negotiations, competitive selling tactics, presentations, Leadership and strategic and tactical planning. Jim has delivered 700+ training programs in his career, with most of these engagements resulting in program ‘wins’ for our customers.
Jim retired after 26 years of active and reserve duty with the U.S. Army as a Colonel (Special Forces) with emphasis in special operations, military intelligence and interrogation. Jim’s prior military leadership experience helps him relate to the defense and aerospace audiences with whom he works, providing particular insight into industry specific issues.
Whether Jim is working with capture teams/business development, engineers, program managers, or senior executives, Jim is a competent communicator and educator and knows how to convey key messages to a diverse audience. His style speaks to many levels and titles within a company to yield the greatest impact on productivity.
