In addition to tailored training supporting the business development and capture process, The Maher Group facilitates Campaign Strategy Sessions. Typically lasting two days, these interactions include the individuals/teams responsible for large effort, strategic campaigns. A “campaign” is considered to be a significant effort within a higher level strategy aimed at achieving the big picture mission. There is more than one way to fight a sales battle and we’ll explore through the campaigning process, various ways to achieve this. Participants will learn about the advance, attack, pursuit, defense and withdrawal as a way to develop campaign plans.
